  3. BTEOTSYWBAT • Identify tasks/activities you enjoy most while at work. • Explain how these enhance your work environment. • Understand how this impacts you, students, and others you come in contact with.

  5. What Do I Do Best? • Identify five statements that best describe: • Tasks • Activities you would like to spend most of your time doing in your job/career.

  6. What is V.I.G.O.R.? V = Can you visualize yourself doing this activity? I = Is this instinctual? Does it come naturally? G = Does it make you want to getup and go! O = Is this your opportunity to focus? R = Do you feel relaxed when you’ve completed this activity?

  7. Why H.A.L.T.? H = Halt, is there a way to focus your strengths to your activities? A = Can you align yourself with others who have VIGOR in their work? L = Are you able to look for ways to utilize your strengths in your day to day activities T = Have you taken a Time-out to assess yourself from a different perspective?
