Gain an understanding of the needs of Subject Matter Experts when they develop training.Collaborate with KLINK developers to create resources that would educate and support Subject Matter Experts. Establish a website that would house resource material for Subject Matter Experts. The resource material should be organized in a way that speaks to the lessons learned from the chat sessions. BACKGROUND Training resources are not readily available or shared at my institution and developing training is challenging and undervalued.
