Process &Timeline • Started brainstorming and researching in November 2011, including ongoing staff and users’ suggestions. • Priorities: navigation, user friendliness (one click), clean design, high def images, customer service, member focus, social media and tools, dynamic functions • Google Analytics Research in December 2011 • Benchmark Research in January 2012 • Initial design in February 2012 • Final Design Revision (4th) in April 2012 • Test site completed in June 2012 • Going LIVE in July 2012
