  3. What is MEOS? MEOS = Manpower Employment Outlook Survey • conducted quarterly across the globe • measures employers’ intentions to increase or decrease the number of employees in their workforce during the next quarter • Since 2003 in Belgium – 1962 in US (50 YEARS)

  4. What makes MEOS so unique? Unparalleled Because of its size, scope longevity and area of focus. Projective The most extensive, forward-looking employment survey, based on employer forecasts rather than on retrospective data. Focused Deriving consistenly all of its information from 1 single question. Independent Conducted with a representative sample of employers (notderived solely from Manpower’s own customer base). Robust Surveying nearly 66.000 public and private employers across 42 countries and territories (751 in Belgium)
