  3. Apartment Choice • Belleair Place Apartments, Clearwater, Florida • I chose this apartment because it is close to the beach and it is affordable for somebody coming out of college. It is also in a warm area and I like warm weather.

  4. Paying for the Apartment • I will help pay the rent, utilities, security deposit and food every month by getting a job with a steady paycheck so I can afford it.

  5. Roommates • I would most likely only have one roommate • We would add up all the money we owe for the month and split it in half.

  6. Furnishing • We would furnish it as modernly as we could • TV • Couch • Chairs • Kitchen Table • TV Stand • Music Player • Bed

  7. Obligations • I will be respectful to the property since it is not my own. I will follow the rules put in place by the landlord and pay my bills and rent on time.
