Introduction • A new direction in vehicle routing literature is to provide service to customers with fixed drivers. • Driver familiarity and customer preferences are aligned in this light. • Consistent service is true when a customer is served by as few drivers as possible over a length of time. • Presentation will entail personal work that attempts to answer the following questions: • How to measure consistent service using Normal Mutual Information? • How to cluster customers in a planar map, that enables consistent service as much as possible? • Model the trade-off between routing efficiency(minimum cost routes) and stable/consistent service to customers.
