Ambulances Service Example : • Ambulances moving through a big city responding to help calls, one every 15+-5 min. • 15% of the calls are falls alarms , and the ambulance takes the time 12+-2 to deal with it • Other calls are real ones and they are either: • Sirius calls: • 15% of the calls are Sirius • Ambulance needs 25+_5 min to deal with it • Non Sirius calls: • Needs 20+_10 to finish it Simulate and Analyze the system
