  1. Leadership presentation By:MeganMichalak

  2. Introduction: My name is Megan, i’m a senior. I am 18. I work at Del Taco, currently training to be a manager. I plan on being an elementary teacher after highschool. I play softball and my family plays a huge role in my life. I don’t know where I would be without them. Im a pretty easy going person, who loves to make everyone happy.

  3. Who has prepared me: My mom has helped prepare me to be a leader for my little sister. Also she’s always pushing me to do my best. We may argue a little, but that doesn’t matter because we’re always there for each other no matter what. With out my mom, I wouldn’t be where I am today. She has helped me so much. She never lets me give up, and I am truly proud to have her in my life.

  4. What prepared me? A few things that helped prepare me to e a leader are Softball and school. In softball everyone’s a leader and has to put their part in to help make the team better. In school group work helped prepare me because sometimes I am the group leader.

  5. Leadership position: The leadership position I see my self in is as an elementary teacher. It has always been something I wanted to do

  6. Ways to prepare: Some ways I can prepare my self is by getting more involved in the community and voulunteer.

  7. Strengths: One of my strengths is that I am always thinking positive. Also that I never give up.

  9. Continued: Lastly one more strength I have is that I always can make people smile, and I put others first to make them happy.

  10. Weaknesses: My weaknesses are that I am somewhat shy, and even though it’s one of my strengths, but always putting others first. Sometimes I put too many people before my own happiness.

  11. How to over come it: Ways that I can over come my weaknesses are by being a little bit more confident in myself to be less shy. Also not to put others before me all the time, especially if they wouldn’t do it for me.

  12. Lasting impression: A lasting impression about me is that I have the qualities it takes to be a great leader. I am very friendly, great to be around, always happy, I am very helpful, a hard worker, and I never give up. I also always push people to do their best and to never give up.
