Infrastructure • Current Operations – • Supporting post-impact responses for Hurricane Ivan • Supporting fuel requests for LSA’s and County Emergency Response Ops • Supporting county flood-fighting ops and sandbag requests • 3,900 customers identified as out of power (Frances) (see msg 1549) • 399,094 customers reported out (Ivan) • Escambia- 95% out - Holmes – 62 % out • Santa Rosa- 98% out - Walton – 50% out • Okaloosa- 91% out - Jackson – 14% out • Washington – 53% out - Bay – 63% out • Unmet Needs – • Diesel and gasoline fuels • Having great difficulty finding/contacting fuel vendors • Future Operations – • Continue to monitor transportation, flood-fighting, electricity, fuel and telecom systems Up Next – Military Support

Military Support • Current Operations – • Strength: 5,249 • Concentration in Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa, continuing support in counties east of these • Established priorities of work are: Search and Rescue, Security and Humanitarian Missions • RECON Teams continue to assess damages - move of large element today to barrier island • Aviation operations: Continued both use of logistics movement and recon flights • Working to establish county distribution points • Unmet Needs – • None at this time • Future Operations – • LSA 4 currently at Leon County Fairgrounds to move to Pensacola • Staff and support Aviation request as needed • LNOs will remain in place as long as county needs Up Next – Logistics

Finance & Administration • Current Operations – • Assisting with setting up the new LSA's to be located in the impacted Panhandle counties. • Assisting with deployment and relocation of staff to the Panhandle areas. • Continuing to provide purchasing needs for all events. • Unmet Needs – • Presently we are still unable to find accommodations in the majority of the Panhandle counties. • Future Operations – • Continue to monitor and track costs. • Continue to support EOC in any purchasing or deployment needs.
