Randomisation à 6 mois en deux groupes : endoscopie versus pas d’endoscopie Chez les patients ayant une endoscopie : si score de Rutgeerts ≥ i2 ECCO 2014 – D'après Kamm MA et al., abstract OP023, actualisé Faible risque Métronidazole seul Thiopurines Métronidazole pendant 3 mois chez tous les patients (n = 175) AZA 2 mg/kg ou 6-MP 1,5 mg/kg/j Adalimumab 160/80/40 mg Objectif principal Haut risque Si intolérant à l’AZA, adalimumab 160/80/40 mg Adalimumab40 mg/sem. Stratification Endoscopie S0 6 mois 18 mois
