  1. Fmp pitch -the evil within By BAYLEY DREW

  2. OUTLINE AND Concept • For this years final major project I am making a short horror/psychological horror. A storyteller tells a story of monster unlike any other and we go into scenes of the story, which follows a dective that is following a chain of un-solved murders and a enusited who has an book detailing these aren’t the only murders, and they have been happening for years. The two need to work together to find the truth, as the storyteller goes though there events.

  3. Run time • 6-8 MINS MAX, I TRYING TO KEEP THE STORY SHORT AND EFFECTIVE

  4. Target audience • 18- 24 on the social grade E-D OR C-B, mainly female, • The reason for this is because there are two types of people who enjoy horror. • One is young person who enjoys violent and terror, this mainly the male audience, but some females also enjoy it too. • TWO, the second audience, is more of audience who feels they need to escape from there day to day jobs, but they find there work stressful and horror films feel this void.

  5. Inspiration • I took my inspiration from mainly classic horror, mainly hammer films which ran there films mostly in the sixty’s and seventy's. • The most notable director I look at was Terrance Fisher, Who directed films such as the Cruse of Frankstein 1957 and Dracula 1958 these were both remakes of the universal classics from the thirty’s. • The film I took most inspiration from when coming up with my idea, was the gorgon from 1964, which has a slimmer plot to mine own. Having a legend a Greek myth and investigation team not believing in it, but being convened by the murders to bring in an expert, • Without realising I lot of ideas from this film, however I think my ideas can still stand on there own.

  6. Key conclusions • I researched a verity of different elements, one of main thinks I researched was more psychological side of horror and broke down why people want to be scared, I looked in Freud and his theories of the un-counus, conus mind as it explains that people can burry deep thoughts within there own mind, without even being aware of it. I learn a lot from looking a Freud and his theories and have more of understanding about mental heath and psychological horror.

  7. KEY DATES • The main dates in which I am filming are 7th of April or 14th of April, for the outdoor location • The storytellers scenes will be filmed during an evening over half term. • The indoor location I am still talking to the laser tag place on times and dates.
