USASAC FMS QDR Process. Currently the USASAC does not process QDRs. The USASAC legacy system CISIL does not have the functionality to support QDR management. ALL Quality related discrepancies are submitted on a SF 364 as an SDR, IAW existing regulations/guidance.

  1. USASAC FMS QDR Process Currently the USASAC does not process QDRs. The USASAC legacy system CISIL does not have the functionality to support QDR management. ALL Quality related discrepancies are submitted on a SF 364 as an SDR, IAW existing regulations/guidance. FMS customer’s may complete and submit SF 368 as additional information, SF 368 is then submitted as an “attachment” into WEBSDR and may be provided offline to requestors.
