14. Additional cards are available. Units are encouraged to participate in District weekly settlements throughout the sale. Units can receive additional cards equal to or lesser than the quantity paid (settled) for. Ex. Unit received 400 cards. The unit pays for 100 cards a week into the sale. The unit will be able to receive a maximum of 100 additional cards. Leaders can pick up the additional cards in the Program Center. Additional Cards

23. Scout Recognition items are not released until: • Camp Card account is settled • Unit Order Tracking Sheet is submitted to Council with final settlement • Enters prize order online before unit settlement • Only one recognition item and patch per Scout

27. Account Settlement Procedures • The following items are needed to settle your units Camp Card account: • Payment - $2.50 per card • Unsold Camp Cards • Unit Order Tracking Spreadsheet (electronically) • Prizes must be entered in before account settlement

28. Unit Order Tracking Sheet In order to receive recognition items unit must submit your Unit Order Tracking Sheet to Council along with your final settlement. Settlement deadline: Wednesday, April 23, 2014 Your unit is required to submit the Unit Order Tracking Sheet at the completion of fundraiser.
