  4. How to use • Navigate to the screen via menu path • Click Add new value • Enter reference data • Enter detail data • Save Refer also to Online Help

  5. Navigate Only Class Teacher can navigate to here

  6. Click Add a New Value

  7. Prompt for School

  8. Select the School Take note that class teacher can only prompt for their own school only.

  9. Fill up the field

  10. Select a Student Note: Class teacher can only search for student that is under his/her class only*

  11. Add Log Offence

  12. Choose Offence

  13. Select Offence from List Class Teacher will be only allow to log cases that are categorized as ‘Light’ Offence Group

  14. Select Type of Offence Status Select ‘New’ if Offence is New

  15. Select Type of Offence Status List of Offence Status : Select ‘New’ when logging case for first time; this status is defaulted Select ‘Confirmed’ to confirm the case Select ‘Void’ to cancel the case Select ‘Closed’ to close the case Select ‘Escalated’ to escalated case to MOE HEP. Only allow for Principal List of Offence Status : Select ‘New’ when logging case for first time Select ‘Confirmed’ to confirm the case Select ‘Void’ to cancel the case Select ‘Closed’ to close the case

  16. Fill up the rest of the fields

  17. Add Attachment

  18. Upload attachment

  19. View or Delete Attachment

  20. Save the Offence Log
