JointService ProvisionArea (JSPA) The wayforward and thekeyforsuccess • The wayforward: • April 29, 2013: Officiallaunch of the JSPA initiative; • May 2013: Preparation of JSPA project management plansfor RNP, PBN and Training; • May - June 2013: Coordinationwith TAIEX and with ISIS II; • June – November 2013: Initiation of JSPA projects, including a regionalAirspaceStudy; • November 2013: „Gate review” of JSPA results and possibleextension of participation. • The keyforsuccess: • JSPA shouldhave a constantfocusonMOTIVATIONbasedon: • REALISM - COMMITMENT – TRUST – TRANSPARENCY – FLEXIBILITY • LessonslearntbytheNordicStates: • „Greeddoesnot lead anywhere” – MortenDambaek, CEO Naviair • A Visionfor 2020 , CANSO AGM meeting Bangkok 2011.
