Average Daily Schedule • 6:30am – Arrive at Frito-Lay to prep for 1st Shift • 6:50am – PMO Meeting – This is the first opportunity with of the day to interact with your team • 7:00am – First shift starts • 7:00- 8:00am – Manage team to line-out product and get shift started • 9:00am – Attend product wall in QA lab to review and critique product • 10-11:30am – Attend various staff meetings to report out on departmental progress, spend time on floor with PMOs, review shift progress. • 12- 1pm – Lunch • 1- 1:30pm – Attend second product wall • 2-3:30pm – Spend time on floor with PMOs, review progress of shift, prepare for handoff to second shift.
