  7. MBHS Trailblazer Packets All juniors will receive a Trailblazer Packet. Depending on their post high school plans, not all items have to be completed by all students. The packet contains: a. Transcript b. Junior Information Sheet c. 4-Year summary of Activities Sheet d. Teacher Checklist Sheets (two blue forms) e. Definition of Admission Options f. Trailblazer Planning Information Sheet Students will be instructed on how to complete their packets. All students and their parent/guardian will have to complete a questionnaire on Family Connections/Naviance.

  9. College and/or Career Ready Which Test Will you Take? All juniors must take one of these tests before the end of their junior year.
