What is OHSAS 18001 certification? • OHSAS 18001 certification, Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series, (officially BS OHSAS 18001) is an internationally applied British Standard for occupational health and safety management systems. It exists to help all kinds of organizations put in place demonstrably sound occupational health and safety performance. • OHSAS 18001 certification shall be revised into an ISO standard (ISO 45001 certification) by end of 2017.
