  9. School that learn? • Expressing aspirations, building awareness, developing capabilities together. • Traditionally, suspicious one another – parents, teachers, educators etc. • People inside, outside the school walls, recognize their common stake, and learn from one another.

  10. A learning-oriented school? • The learning classroom • Teachers,Students,Parents • The learning school • Superintendent,Principal & various admin dept.,Official supervising the school district • The learning community • Community members,lifelong learners

The learning classroom I • Teachers • Promotion, development, care and security:teachers importance • Act as steward for all students • Lifelong learner • Students • The only player see all sides of the system. • Not passive recipients of knowledge, but as cocreators of knowledge, participants in the evolution of the school.

  12. The learning classroom II • Parents • Lack of time, encouragement will diminish children’s learning • Parents and teacher need to cooperate closely each otherto establish Learning classroom and school

  13. The learning school I • Superintendent • Posses more formal authority • As executive leader, an example of highly effective behavior • Principal & various admin dept. • Not just supervisor of teachers, but a lead teacher and lead learner. • As steward of the learning process as a whole.
