  3. TUJUAN PENELITIAN • Untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan antioksidan alami dari daun sirih. • Untuk mengetahui kandungan zat dari daun sirih yang dapat menghasilkan antioksidan. lewat

  4. Metodologi Penelitian • Daun sirih mengandung oleoresin yang diekstrak dengan metanol dan heksan menunjukkan aktivitas oksidan lebih tinggi. Antioksidan diperoleh dengan cara isolasi atau pemisahan fraksi yang terdapat di dalam oleoresin daun sirih dengan Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT).
