  2. Mission Statement • Static Clothing will offer cool, new, original, and alternative clothing designs to young consumers who are looking for an alternative in clothing products from that of the name-brand and mainstream products of major clothing retailers in the market today.

  3. Business Plan Summary • Why “Static”? • Although “static” by definition means stationary and unchanging, most people associate the word with electricity and energy, giving the business an “exciting” name. • Pertains to clothing as well.

  4. Description • Static is to be a clothing store offering alternative styles and designs to the mainstream, brand-name clothing franchise industry that is prevalent in the consumer market today. • Differentiating from the mainstream market will attract young, creative and alternatively minded individuals seeking to separate themselves from the mainstream designs of the current market.

  5. General Information • The first location is to be in a leased business space inside of a mall in Oklahoma City. • Chosen to help cut costs from building/contracting costs and business site maintenance/repair costs. • Upon launch will be a private, independently owned company by a organization of entrepreneurs.

  6. Owners • The owners are a group of 6 ambitious, young entrepreneurs: • Each owner has high energy, enthusiasm, focus, and dedication to their new business venture. • All have experience working at a variety of retail businesses. • All are currently young consumers in the economy today thus know what the young consumer market today is looking for. • All have a current background in general business education from the University of Central Oklahoma.

  9. Taylor Williams • Will Discuss Basic Product Description: • The Product Description and Information • The Design Development • Product Manufacturing • Shipping/Acquiring of the Product to Sales Location • Projected Production Costs

  10. Jereme Buck • Will Discuss the Market Analysis Summary: • The Target Consumers • The Existing Market Conditions • The Target Consumer Strategy • Public Promotion/Awareness of the Product

  11. Jordan Wisely • Will Discuss the Basic Management and Operations of the Company: • Basic Operations Costs • The Desired Employee Profile • Management Criteria • The Basic Facilities, Equipment, Labor, and Operations of the Store

  12. Brandi Hitz • Will Discuss the Future Development of the Company: • Operations Development • Development Forecast (i.e. Completion and Opening Dates, Projected Growth, etc.) • Future Goals of the Company • Critical Risks and Potential Problems
