  2. INFARTO OMENTAL • OMENTO: repliegue del peritoneo (4 capas) desde la curvatura mayor gástrica que cuelga por delante del colon transverso e intestino delgado • 2ario a irrigación anómala o débil (+F: derecho)

  3. edema recto anterior …a nivel del vacío izquierdo se observan edema del músculo recto anterior, y subyacente al mismo un área focal de marcado edema de la grasa epiploica… edema grasa epiploica

  4. edema del músculo recto anterior, y subyacente al mismo cambios inflamatorios en la grasa epiploica (omento mayor), que no dependen de las paredes del colon (gastrografín).

  5. área de grasa ovalada en el seno del omento con imágenes lineales finas en su interior y cambios inflamatorios asociados

  6. DIAGNÓSTICO DIFERENCIAL • Cuadros de abdomen agudo quirúrgico: colecistitis aguda apendicitis aguda diverticulitis aguda • Cuadros de abdomen agudo médico: apendicitis epiploica
