  4. What did we learn from that time ? • Less attention of systematic covering of the patients • Standarisation of covering • Surgeon is the boss in the operating room • Laundry business is not the same as infection prevention in operating theatre • Steralisation process is critical point

  5. What did we learn and is still present • Do not mix infection prevention with a laundry • Standarisation • Seperate technical support (account management) with sales. • Who’s the decision maker in the OR

How could disposable win so much market in Holland • Disposable companies fight for market share • Since the EN 13795 it became a commodity • Reuseable suppliers did not choose for Procedure Tray’s • Lack of competition in the field of Reusable • Increase of strength of the purchase department
