The first thing is quality that is related to design, size and technology used in the product. If the product is tested for quality, it has more chances of giving good results. Second thing is operation related to how the device is used. Whether you are measuring field or using metrology measuring instruments, you need to be careful with your approach. It isn’t necessary to be trained but you must have full knowledge of how a device works and give results. You should be able to read the guidelines related to use of the device. How to choose a measuring unit?
