Workshop Highlights: • We received insight about quality from an F/A-18 “Top Gun” pilot and heard the voice of a key customer. • The RMC chair shared his overview and perspective RMC and we learned about the RMC’s CB and Auditor performance expectations. We also learned lessons from the transition audit from a CB and ANAB perspective. • Document experts shared their insight on AS9104/1, AS9110, and AS9101. • Breakout sessions were held on effective auditing of purchasing & sub-tier supplier control processes, use of PEARs, and auditing customer requirements • The workshop was wrapped up with a CB expert on presenting results to clients sharing insight on presenting audit results to clients.
