  2. The situation • Mtv’s awkward stars a normal teenage girl named Jenna • However, the schools popular, rich girl named Sadie finds out Jenna is getting close to the school heart-throb Mattie • Episodes are based around Jenna's life at school while Sadie constantly tries to tearher down

  3. Moral Issue • When Jenna stumbles across Sadie’s diary in which she keeps her insecurities about her life and particularly her weight issues, Jenna steals the diary and now must decide whether or not to show it to the whole school Here is a short clip from the episode…

  5. Jenna’s Decision It was an immoraldecision for Jenna to steal the journal in the first place even if Sadie does constantly pick on her. Jenna is usually a good, kind-hearted character so her actions make her feel guilty  Jennas then must make an even bigger decision.. whether or not to expose Sadie’s Journal and secrets to the whole school. However in this case Jenna makes the moral decision and gives Sadie her journal back instead 

  6. Questions ….. • Why do you think Jenna decided to steal Sadie’s diary in the first place? • If you were in Jenna’s position, would you or would you not show Sadie’s diary to the whole school?
