Residential Life Mission Statement MIT Residential Life is a dynamic, community–oriented organization that fosters living and learning environments to advance student development, healthy lifestyles, mutual respect, personal and social responsibility, leadership, and academic success. The services offered through Campus Dining, Fraternities, Sororities, an Independent Living Groups (FSILGs), Housing and Residential Life Programs (RLP) embrace social, cultural, religious and ethnic diversity. We bring community members together in well—maintained and safe environments that create a feeling of belonging and a place to call home.
