Proposed New Agreements in Principle • After public safety, we acknowledge the primacy of habitat restoration in the restoration plan. • We agree that early integration of all interests is essential to the plan’s success. • We agree to think in multiple time frames and keep the long-term goal in mind while developing recommendations to the Project Management Team.
