  2. 1 Take a sheet of newspaper

  3. 2 Begin folding the paper as shown

  4. 3 Make the next fold.

  5. 4 Fold the third time. Notice the wide bottom, this will fit into a bin of 12 inches diameter Teach everyone in your home!

  6. 4a Now open the boxy cone out.

  7. 5 Settle it into the bin.

  8. 6 Fold the edges around, you might make a small tear outside to fold the edge, not a problem!

  9. 7 Start filling the dustbin!Put only rejects in here

  10. 8 When full, gather, tie with rubberband and dispose.

  11. Use paper cones to line all your bins. For wet waste bins, use 3 layers of newspaper for the cone. An office bin lined with paper.
