  1. How to start an effective hair care routine You may have the best stylist and colourist for your hair, but you only see them once in 4-6 weeks. The rest of the time it is you who looks after your hair. And that can be done through a good home hair care routine. Home care routines consist of the products and care that you will take of your hair till you go see your stylist again. This routine includes your shampoo, conditioner, care product, styling product, treatment product and some supplements if required. The best way to go about setting a hair care routine is to get your scalp and hair diagnosed by a professional from time to time. This needs to be done once every couple of months as our scalp and hair changes with season and in general with time. Let us do hair care tips in step. Step 1- Scalp - A professional can do a good scalp diagnosis using a camera that magnifies the image of your scalp. This will help them see whether your scalp, like your skin, is dry or oily, has dandruff or residue, is sensitive or clogged up. They will then recommend the right shampoo for your scalp and is required, a tonic or a set of treatments to look after any concern. Step 2- Hair - The same diagnosis continues for your hair and the professional will be able to tell you if you have dry, frizzy, damaged, breaking, limp or shiny hair. Accordingly, they will recommend you a conditioner or masque that is required for your hair. A serum or cream might be added to your routine as a care product. A set of treatments to make your hair stronger or shinier, or maybe a haircut. Step 3 - Styling - Lastly, your stylist will give you a hairstyle and teach you how to style it yourself back at home. During this process, they might give you a styling product or a heat protecting product. This entire process will set a routine for this style of yours. Remember, if you want your hair to feel different than what it is, you must do something differently. Source url - https://5e54b0b38ced5.site123.me/blog/how-to-start-an-effective-hair-care-routine
