ElectronicVoting’sComponents Electronic voting was designed by a team of peruvian professionals as a specific procedure involving a configuration of software, hardware and a communication network that allows to: Important Components • Technological Solution • Voting Organization • Training and Spreading • Check the identity of the voter • Count and consolidate votes • Issue reports • Show and send results

Non presencial ElectronicVoting VENP Type of voting process that allows the user to vote from anywhere he or she may be located at, using the internet. • Currently, it is applied in different activities such as Technical Electoral Assistance to political organizations and others from the civil society. • Future use of this tool will include in all the arenas of voting.

  6. Presencial ElectronicVoting VEP Type of voting process that takes place in a voting center and requires the voter to approach to the polling station. The module has: • Identity chech station. • Voting station. • Consolidation station. • Result transmission station.

Presencial ElectronicVoting VEP Software It is one of the most important assets produced by the professionals that work at ONPE • Certificated by the Quality Institute of the Pontifica Universidad Católica del Perú with the NTP ISO/IEC 12207. • Audited by the Organization of American States - OAS.

Presencial ElectronicVoting VEP Hardware • It is a multifunctional equipment that can fold into an identification, voting, consolidation and emission of results station • Designed to adapt itself to the diverse geographical regions and climates of the country. • The stations are not connected within each other. • The batteries of the equipment can last up to 17 hours.
