  1. Executive Summary Proposed revisions to Board Policies and Rules are presented for the purpose of keeping current and compliant with California law. The proposed revisions are in alignment, as applicable, with current California School Boards Association (CSBA) Policies and Rules. Policies require adoption by the Board and will be returned for that purpose at the September 2, 2008, Board meeting. Rules do not require adoption and will be considered approved following their presentation at this meeting, taking into account any Board-directed revisions.
