  3. Meeting Structure • Sunday February 24 • Welcome and Keynote Presentation • Lunch • Plenary Speakers • Posters • Mixer

  4. Poster Session • Set up posters during lunch. • Use your assigned poster board. • Poster board will accept both pins and velcro • The Poster session begins at 15:00 hr • Please station yourself by your poster for the first 30 minutes • Posters must be down by 19:30 hr (7:30 PM).

  5. Monday February 25, 2002 • Workgroups 1,2,3 • Lunch • Workgroups 4,5,6 • Social, Dinner, and Speaker

  6. Workgroups Please note the day begins in the workgroups. Workgroups must beginpromptlyat 08:00 and 13:30 WG1: J.C. Libeer Ballroom EFG WG2: H. Richardson Dunwoody A WG3: D. Bullock Oakwood Room WG4: C.Heuck Ballroom EFG WG5: D.Tholen Dunwoody A WG6: R.Martin Oakwood Room Do not switch workgroups or subgroups.

  7. Subgroups Each subgroup has been posed specific questions. Each subgroup is assisted by: an assigned chairperson - discussion facilitator an assigned recorder - operations facilitator Each subgroup will generate the discussion and answers. The Subgroup Chairs will generate the Subgroup Reports. The Subgroup Reports will be compiled by Workgroup Chair. The Workgroup Chair will generate a Workgroup Report. The Workgroup Reports will be presented Tuesday afternoon.

Subgroup Recorders • Some of the Subgroups are meeting in Suites. • The Recorders have the task of getting the Suite key 10 minutes BEFORE the subgroup begins. 08:35 Marinda Logan Suite 512 14:05 Colleen Davis Doanes Suite 212 • Return the key as soon as the subgroup is over. Ms Logan and Davis Doanes will not leave until all keys have been returned

  11. Discussion Groups • Free Flow Discussions: Is there a will to create a broadly international organization for EQA? Are there programs interested in developing mentoring relations? Are there programs interested in research opportunities? Regional solutions for regional challenges?

  12. Expectations Questionnaires • An informal survey of participant opinion on expectations for Global Odyssey. • One at the beginning and one at the end. • Please take three minutes to complete the short questionnaire. • Leave on the registration desk.
