  2. Oil & Gas Sector • QATAR PETROLEUM (QP) revamping and upgradation work of North Field ALFA Offshore Platform work • HEAVY HYUNDAI LTD. (HHI) Korea was an LSTK contractor for BTIP SHELL, Nigeria. HHI subcontracted 6 nos. of Water Treatment Plant to M/S Chemitreat Pte. Ltd. Singapore. • ONGC, Mumbai awarded an LSTK contract to M/S Shipping Corporation of India for supply and installation of 2 nos. of Water Treatment Plants to be installed at their supply vessel named as SINDHU 15. Shipping corporation have further sub contracted the same to M/S Chemitreat Pte. Ltd. Singapore

SERVICES PROVIDED BY SOFTCON FOR OIL AND GAS ARE: • Upgradation of PLC system. • Dismantling of existing S5 PLC. • Installation of latest S7 PLC controller and I/O replacement. • Software deployment/conversion of S5 PLC logic to S7 PLC logic with WinCC SCADA. • SCADA conversion for Load management system. • HVAC control system. • Software Design and Engineering. • Software development. • System integration. • Erection.

Process Plant Sector • HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited) have awarded a Time bound LSTK Project to WALCHANDNAGAR INDUSTRIES LTD (WIL) for Design, Procurement, construction, commissioning, conduct 90 days trial run and handing over Grease and specialty plant at Silvassa for manufacture of Lithium Grease, Coolant and Brake fluid. • RALLIS INDIA was revamping their existing plant at Chiplun by upgrading the plant for manufacturing of quality products for agriculture, pesticides, seeds & fertilizers. • Akzo Noble was revamping their existing plant at Mahad, Maharashtra for upgrading the plant for manufacturing of quality organic peroxides, cross linking, anti fouling agents etc those are highly explosive materials. • Distichemi Process Engineering, Mumbai is turnkey supplier of Absolute Alcohol (Ethanol) plants. They are out sourcing the plant automation, instrumentation and electrical scope as an EPC package to Softcon for various capacity plants ranging from 30 to 110KLPD

SERVICES PROVIDED BY SOFTCON FOR PROCESS PLANT ARE: • Procurement, construction of complete Electrical and Instrumentation package includes Process automation, Tank Farm Management System, run the plant for 90 days under full automation mode. • SOFTCON executed the above scope as an HPCL approved Sub contractor to WIL for the complete electrical & Instrumentation package. • Procurement & Manufacturing of system for Conversion & Retrofitting of existing Rockwell PLC5 system to Control Logix • Supply, erection and commissioning of Control System along with Electrical and instrumentation package for various capacity of Ethanol Plants • Software development

  6. POWER SECTOR • M/S Triveni Turbines Ltd is outsourcing the complete control system. Softcon is a leading manufacture and supplier of such control systems on a continuous basis to M/S Triveni Turbines Ltd. • Toyota Kirloskar Motors Ltd. Bangalore have decided for plant upgradation for automising the online Energy & Utility Management System with SCADA implementation and the complete contract was awarded to Softcon. • ME Energy Pvt. Ltd. Pune is an OEM for HRSG and BMS for Thermic fluid heaters to various customers. In the process, they used to outsource the complete Automation System to Softcon on a continuous basis.

  7. Jayprakash Associates Ltd. is owning no of cement manufacturing plants at various places. They have purchased 14 nos. of MAN make 12MW DG sets to energize their manufacturing facility. • ACC Ltd. Cement plant at Wadi in Karnataka was operating with their own Captive Power Plant of 5x25MW. Due to excess power available ACC have decided to sell the additional power to KSEB by making facility to synchronize with KSEB Grid.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY SOFTCON FOR POWER SECTOR PLANT ARE: • Procurement, manufacturing and erection at site for PLC based SCADA system for Generator Control, Synchronization and Load Management System. • Installation at site for Turbine Control, Grid Isolation, synchronization, Load Management system, Load Shedding. • Procurement, manufacturing & supply of PLC based control system for Heat Recovery Steam generators & Thermic Fluid Heaters. • Erection at site for Online Energy & Utility Management System with SCADA implementation.
