  2. Common Core Face (Engagement) Draw a face that represents how you feel about the curriculum shift that has occurred with common core. When the music begins, find a person to share your face with.

  3. Common Core Tidal Waves (Explore) • Individually, list two common core tidal (concerns) that you have (3 minutes) • Find a shoulder partner to share (5 minutes)

  4. Sunburn Activity Buzz at your table about your common core tidal waves. What is the most common core sunburn that you experienced? (You must come to consensus.) Post your sunburn on chart paper with a graphic.
