SOLUŢIA DE TRANSPORT • EXPEDITOR (ÎNCĂRCĂTOR) – expediază marfa, o încredinţează transportatorului; este proprietarul mărfii sau reprezentantul acestuia. • CĂRĂUŞ (TRANSPORTATOR) – transportă marfa. • DESTINATAR – persoana îndreptăţită să ridice mărfurile care fac obiectul contractului de transport. • EXPEDIŢIONAR – intermediar în operaţiunile de transport.
