PFP Test History There have been a number of changes to the test plan as laid out at PER These have mostly been the result of issues discovered during testing that resulted in PFRs, rework, and retest The test plan was then continually being readjusted to work around these problems while optimizing use of shared facilities and personnel This also ate up all the schedule margin, so that not all instrument testing is completed at this time as originally planned Delivery of the bulk of PFP has been delayed ~2 weeks LM is aware of this and is planning accordingly At this point it looks like SWEA will be even later This also results in a requirement for a delta PSR to discuss the results of the remaining testing Planned for 11/19
