There is a quiet, mild mood music - a new era ( New Age, also translated as" new century" ) music. New age music often uses of serious music" minimalist" gimmick, repeating the same tune. Sometimes combined with nature's voice and other audio. Early in the new age music with electronic instruments and high-tech recording means for the characteristics, then continuously added a variety of timbres unique national musical instruments, and the integration of the world ( especially Asia and Africa ) national music elements.
The form, this music is not emphasized music in a point ( such as melody and rhythm), but focus more on the music overall effect (such as changes in tone and texture layout ). Although the new age music sometimes is also used in some rock music style, but actually it is and rock music, especially heavy metal, punk and more powerful mainstream rock opposite. It is noisy, screaming, strong beats rock music a" antidote", but also people expect from life under stressful psychology seeks to ease a reflection. After 90 time, new age music category is numerous record companies generalization, comparison and simple electronic music has been called the call, like the Irish singer Enya that somebody that has a similar style of music was also included in this category.
