  5. AGM Apologies Acceptance of the minutes from the 2013 AGM on 12th June. (These were approved by the Exec. on 22nd June 2013 and have been available on the website since then) AGM format change: There will not be any formal reports from individual executive members as reports have been given during the year at ‘Clubs’ meetings and posted on the website.

  6. Election of Officers Calling notice sent 28th April 2014 with the proposal for re-nominations. There were no objections or other nominations put forward by the cut off date of 1st June Under rule 48 of the Bye Laws, then the positions below have been unopposed and will be voted back in on block:

  7. Election of Officers Hon. Secretary replacement position: Calling notice sent 28th April No nominations have been put forward! Are there any persons willing to put themselves forward? (If more than one, there will have to be a vote) The Clubs will nominate their two representatives as part of the Exec.

  8. Amendments to Bye-Laws June 2013 These have been reviewed and two amendments proposed: DELETE Item 45 – ‘The current members of the Executive (other than the Union’s Representative on the RFU Council who shall retire and be appointed in accordance with the rules of the RFU) shall retire immediately prior to the annual general meeting in 2013 but may be re-elected in accordance with these Bye Laws’ Amend 3c – ‘Properly constituted rugby clubs which are members of other constituent bodies and are voting members of the RFU each of which shall have one vote at General Meetings only’ To - Properly constituted rugby clubs which are members of other constituent bodies and are voting members of the RFU who are entitled to attend General meetings but at which they do not have a vote.
