Dossier Maîtrise médicalisée à l’hôpital – 8 mars 2007 3 Dossier Maîtrise médicalisée à l’hôpital – 8 mars 2007 3 Les analyses réalisées reposent sur les actes chirurgicaux concernant 18 gestes marqueurs en ophtalmologie, orthopédie, chirurgie vasculaire, générale et digestive, ORL et maxillo-faciale, infantile, gynécologique ; Sur ces 18 gestes (1,8 millions d’actes concernés par an), 5 interventions (opération de la cataracte, sur les varices, arthroscopie du genou, extractions dentaires, opération des végétations et amygdales) totalisent 74% de ces actes.

  2. Il existe deux réseaux veineux du membre inférieur • - le réseau veineux profond (qui draine 90% du sang veineux) • - le réseau veineux superficiel (veines saphènes) • qui prend en charge les 10% restants. Ces deux réseaux sont reliés par des veines perforantes
