  2. It is an organism so small that you need a microscope to see it.

  3. They can live anywhere. Many live on and in humans. They can be harmful and helpful.

  4. They can live on your skin, in your gut, on your feet, in your mouth, just about anywhere.

  5. There are some benefits to having microbes. They can make vitamins for your body.

  6. They can also stop dangerous microbes from getting into your body.

  7. Microbes can be bad. Bacteria can hurt your teeth.

  8. Stop tooth loss before it happens!

  9. Some microbes also play a part in making your favorite food.

  10. Aliens in space. Many scientists believe that if there is life on other planets then it is probably microbes.
