Bus Stop #5 – Volunteer Support • Continue to train and support Regional Leaders • Coordinate around quarterly Regional Meetings • Increase Volunteer Advisory Council (VAC) involvement in AVC and Staff/PCV Recognition • Formalize Volunteer/Staff Recognition programs • Increase visits to PCV sites; manage so APCDs can be in the field • Nurture PC/Panama Friends evolution & support Peace Corps/Panama
Road Map to Success: Short Term • Consolidate gains made over the past 2.5 years, especially P&T integration • Move to new office at the Ciudad del Saber – set new office inauguration date • Plan Regional Jornadas – around Quarterly Meetings • Plan CD Site Visits – focus on new PCVs Peace Corps/Panama
Road Map to Success: Long Term • Raise the national profile of PC/Panama • Budget and plan for growth – possible projects include tourism, English, or HIV/AIDS • Pursue creative staff development opportunities • Identify more agency/NGO in-kind contributions • Increase role in HIV/AIDS prevention Peace Corps/Panama
