Pizza MundoProblem • No standardized names for same pizzas • Imagination differs from reality • Too many given combinations of toppings • Explaining special orders to staff is difficult • Customer has to choose from pizzas composed by the restaurant  No customization • Waiting for waiter to take order even though customer already knows his pizza before entering Datum 20.05.2011 | Fachbereich 20
