Former Managing Director TayfunTopkoc SAP said; implementing digital transformation strategies not only impacts the business operations and customer experience, but it comes with its own set of challenges. TayfunTopkoc stated that, employee should come first in every digital transformation journey. While innovative tools allow employees to work smarter, communicate effectively, and stay productive, drastic changes in digital processes, not implemented properly, could alienate and discourage the workforce.
