  3. LiquidSpoke Training When finished with this class, you should be able to: • Log into Voicemail for the first time to set up • your voicemail. • Recognize the architecture of the phones. • Use the key features outlined in class. • Use the voice mail features outlined in class.

  4. LiquidSpoke Training General Use 3 Call Line Appearances (Depends on phone model) Voice Message Indicator Light • Audio Path Selection Keys for: • Headset • Mute • Speaker 3 Hard Buttons Volume Control Dial pad

  5. LiquidSpoke Training Log into Your Voicemail For the 1st Time • Press Voice Mail hard button on your Phone • At the prompt enter your extension and then Password-Default 1234#. You will be Prompted to Enter a New Password (must be at least 4 numbers long, followed by the # key) • You will then be Prompted to Record Your Name • The system will not force you to record your greeting, • Record your Personal Greeting by pressing 7 • (1 to listen to the greeting and # to accept it)

  9. LiquidSpoke Training Long Distance Long Distance no longer requires an access code. In the event your phone is located in a unsecure area and you are concerned with your phone being used in your absence you will have the ability to Log out of your phone making your phone unavailable for any outside calling. Note ~ You will still have the ability to Dial 911 and place extension to extension dialing. All calls received while in this mode will go directly to your voicemail.

  10. Press the Call 2 button, the first caller is automatically put on Hold. The display will show the 2nd line ringing and Caller ID info Incoming call will beep in your ear LiquidSpoke Training Answering a secondCall To Toggle between the calls, press the Call button of the caller that you want to talk to.

  11. LiquidSpoke Training Transfer • Press Transfer • Dial extension number • To Consult – select the soft key “Conslt” wait to connect to the extension prior to transfer, hang up or Select “Yes” to send the call. • Blind Transfer – hang up and call will go through

  12. LiquidSpoke Training Transfer to Voice Mail • 1. Press Transfer • 2. Dial the number • Press the More soft key • Press To MB • The call will immediately go into the voice mailbox. You may hang up.

  14. LiquidSpoke Training Call Pick Up from another extension • Press PickUp • Put extension in to retrieve call

  22. LiquidSpoke Training Call Manager is a the ShoreWare client application that manages user’s calls, voicemail and personal system settings. Why use Call Manager? The client based application gives you the ability to manage your phone from your Desktop. Can I access Call Manager Remotely? Yes, the client based application can be accessed thru a VPN connection. What is Personal Call Manager?
