Introduction • Increase the font size to around 14 to 16. • The page is too crowded i.e. consider displaying only relevant material at a time i.e In the navigation area only display what is related to the current page. • Change the background colour to dark green. • The first page should only contain ICONS for the main topics. • The subsequent pages should be linked to the icons of the main page. • The symbols used should be defined for example the book symbol. • Add more colourful and youthful pictures.

  5. Entrepreneurial responsibilities • The content in all the pages should be distributed evenly to fill the page. For example the subtopic on being an entrepreneur is displayed only on a quarter of a page and spills over to the next page. • More graphics should be used to match the manual. There is too much literature used. • There is a mix up between the topic and the content. i.e. the subtopic is Entrepreneurial responsibilities while the content talks more about Entrepreneurial skill.

Entrepreneurship skills training entry form and baseline • The first link has a preview icon which directs to a form that is not clear. • The second link to the Entrepreneurship skills training entry form and baseline is not active. • The continue button should go to “How to strengthen your entrepreneurial abilities and skills” but it takes us back to the SYB home page. • The phrase “The feedback is not open” is not clear. Consider explaining it further. • Consider replacing “Entrepreneurship skills training entry form and baseline” with “Entrepreneurial skills training and baseline form”

  7. How to strengthen Your entrepreneurial abilities And skills • Mixing of small and capital letters in the topic header. “How to strengthen Your entrepreneurial abilities And skills’’. Consider editing it. • The phrase “You might want to think about finding a partner who complements your abilities and skills” is misplaced. Consider deleting it. • The picture under “Talk to successful business people” should demonstrate the Entrepreneur talking to business people not just walking around. • The characters on each picture are different. Consider focusing on one character to help the entrepreneur to connect with the character. • Consider adding a picture on the “Discuss with others page”. There is enough space for pictures.

  8. You as an entrepreneur • The link “you as an entrepreneur” is not active. It should also direct the participant to the forum/discussion. • The “y” in “you as an entrepreneur” should be a capital letter. • Enable the discussion forum to allow adding multiple attachments.

  9. SYB Assignment 1.1: Self assessment • Consider replacing “Download, complete and submit through this page the following form” to read “Click here to download, complete and submit the self assessment form”. • The form is restrictive to either strength or needs improvement . It can be improved by allowing more options. • The form allows the participant to tick both options for the same question. • Add a button to save and submit the form.

  12. Chapter 2:The business plan General comments • On the Executive summary is word summary is misspelled. • Consider replacing “Once Completed all Course Activities... This will be automatically generated” with “ Once you have completed the course activities the business plan with be automatically generated. • After clicking on the highlighted links there is no option available to redirect the participant back to the Business plan. E.g. if you click on the marketing plan link you are directed to the 4 p’s of marketing but there is no way to get back to the business plan. • Some links are inactive e.g Book 1, Forum 1. • The symbols used in the chapter should be explained in the introductions e.g the use of the bulb. • Consider adding a link in the legal responsibilities and insurance subtopic to direct the participant to chapter 7.
