What is BBG SUPPORTS YOU? • We as a chapter have decided to help fight breast cancer, and we would like YOU to be included. • Today, we will share background research, tips to raise awareness, and hear YOUR stories! • A portion of the money that we are raising today will be donated to breast cancer research. * Soooo, PLEASE help us raise tons of money today!

Background information… • Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer found in women, 1 out of 9 women will be diagnosted with it in their life time. • Each year in the United States, about 180,000 women are diagnosed with invasive breast cancer and about 68,000 women are diagnosed with pre-invasive breast cancer. • About 40,000 American women die from breast cancer each year. • About 5 - 10% of breast cancer cases are due to inherited genetic mutations.

  4. How can we help?! • RAISE AWARENESS! • Donate money to breast cancer research centers! ( Just like us!) • Get your regular check-up and help yourself!
