Competition with Other MAC Schools • Pleasant Valley • Renovation of outdoor facilities • Baseball/Softball Complex • Football Stadium • Bettendorf • Renovation of outdoor facilities • Football Stadium (In process) • Clinton • Renovation of Outdoor facilities • New baseball and softball fields • Complete renovation of football stadium

Revenue For Projects • North Scott Athletic Boosters • Willing to donate to upgrade towards facilities at least $100,000 or more (depending on budget) to help improve outdoor facilities. • Private Capital • $250,000 or more from outside the school district. • Local companies willing to give to help improve outdoor facilities. • School District • ???? • Overall Revenue Goal: • ????? • Timeline

Football Stadium Wish Lists Improvements • 25 second play clocks. • Centralized Concession Stand/apparel store to accommodate both the visitors and our fans. • North End zone, wrap around with the track. • New storage shed to store football gear, gators, etc. Possibly using visitor concession stand for storage. • Locker Rooms/Meeting Room • (Restrooms/Showers for players at Halftime.) • Located in North End zone, towards the right of the walkway. • Renovating restrooms and possibly expansion. (Both Sides.) • Current concession stand portion of building expand for additional restrooms.

Football Stadium Wish Lists Improvements • New Entrance • Use as the main entrance to the football stadium. • Move entrance more to the left. • Use high school more for parking. • Auditorium Parking lot, East parking lot. (Softball field area) • Current Home side entrance. (Ed White) • Eliminate due to congestion

Sports Complex Wish List(Baseball, Tennis, Soccer) • New indoor hitting facility • 4 indoor batting cages. • Area for pitchers and catchers to throw. • Eliminates current Silver Bullet. • Could possibly connect to current baseball concession for storage and restroom usage. • New Centralized Concession area/Locker rooms/ outdoor storage and restrooms. • Main ticket entrance • Would accommodate Baseball, Soccer and Softball.
