  1. EXAME FÍSICO DO TÓRAX

  2. APARELHO RESPIRATÓRIO • Avaliação do Tórax  numerar costelas, espaços intercostais, Ângulo de Louis, Apófise espinhosas, linhas do tórax anterior, lateral e posterior. • Inspeção  (estática e dinâmica) Estática: - pele - pêlos - circulação colateral - abaulamentos e retrações - tipos de tórax

  3. Dinâmica : - movimentação da caixa torácica. - MRM - tipos de respiração: > taquipnéia > bradipnéia > hiperpnéia > Cheyne-Stokes, Biot, Kussmaul - tiragem intercostal - respiração paradoxal

  4. Palpação: - traquéia - parede torácica - frêmito tóraco-local (anormalidades que afastam o pulmão da parede torácica) - expansibilidade da caixa torácica

  5. Percussão: - sons: > hipersonoridade (pneumotórax) > timpânico > maciço (pneumonia) > submaciço (tumor)

  6. Ausculta: fluxo aéreo pela árvore traqueobrônquica - ruídos respiratórios (MV) - ruídos adventícios (Roncos, estertores, sibilos, cornagem, atrito pleural) - característica da voz (broncofonia, egofonia, pectoiloquia)

  7. APARELHO CARDIOCIRCULATÓRIO • Avaliação: pressão arterial, pulso, frequência cardíaca, estase jugular, ascite, edemas. • Precórdio: localização, ictus córdis.

  8. Inspeção: - 5º espaço intercostal esquerdo - manubrio - pulsações epigástricas - variações do ictus córdis Palpação: - ictus córdis - frêmitus

  9. Ausculta: - focos - bulhas cardíacas - estenose - insuficiência - dupla lesão - desdobramento
