  2. Founded in 2010. Main aims: creating arts in health social enterprises; developing a robust and expanding evidence base; dissemination and impact; develop the policy environment for arts in health. • Lankellychase funding to support the newUK Arts and Health Research Network • Wellcome Trust funding to run a seminar on methodological challenges in arts and health research 18 June 2013 - key note address from Professor Dame Sally Macintyre

  3. CASE Programme • CASE is a joint programme of strategic research led by DCMS in collaboration with Arts Council England, English Heritage and Sport England. • The CASE database provides policy makers with access to research on a given topic. • Database can be used to help make decisions based on evidence in published research.

  4. Aims of the PEF/CASE project • PEF offered added value to three independent research projects in arts and health • Project teams brought together to share experiences and learning • Additional health economics support not originally part of the research plans • Organisation of joint dissemination events • Promoting of the outcomes from the research to policy makers, commissioners and providers
